I want to put this out there

I have played for many years. I do not play ranked. I had a bad experience and I am terrified to go back.

I hate when people call me bronze and treat me like I do not know the game. I was silver once. Do not judge me by my lack of ranked play.

Just a thought.

I have a friend who has won over 2000 normal games, but hasn't touched ranked since season 2, and he got into an argument with a Diamond rank about Zed being viable. The Diamond kid was making it sound like Zed was the hardest champ to get kills with, and required high skill levels. Just because you are ranked, doesn't mean you know more than everyone else. Experience>Quality

Yeah, I don't play ranked, maybe I'll try it once I start getting matched with plats and higher in normals but I wouldn't have the time to do much climbing, and I'd rather avoid the tag of only being bronze or silver.

Found your problem. You should never have touched ranked in the first place. Nothing good comes of it.

Don't bother. Now, Riot awards toxic ass duo queues. So now, instead of one person harassing you, now it's automatically two people harassing you.

I've been chronically Bronze 5 since Season 1 due to a lack of playing ranked past placments. I usually stick to Teambuilder and ARAMs, with forays into specialty modes to grab some new icons.

If someone calls you a bronze and bashes you for lack of ranked play just ignore them. Some of the most fun I have is when playing with unranked/Bronze players I have met and added me after the match.

Those people are just looking for a shallow ego boost and League is, sadly, the only place in their life that they are better than someone... even if that someone is a complete stranger they will never meet.

So far I have not had anyone criticize me because I am unranked, but I could definitely see how it could happen. I don't really like ranked play much because all three games I have played in that mode have been filled with very toxic teammates and typical Vayne Main ADCs (no offense to friendly Vayne players). I am a support main, so I have plenty of opportunity to play my favorite role in friendlier normal queues. Ultimately, there isn't a lot you can do about toxicity other than be friendly and encouraging, or occasionally call out toxic players in a tactful way.

why do you care so much what other fat nerds think? Play for you fuck what everyone says, nobody is looking at you or watching your game play life doesnt depend on you winning its not your job, if you arent challenger you arent even looked at by anything if you get challenger you should be a little afraid other than that everyone else is bad too so just laugh at them and mute them they are just upset with there lifes
