Look at the title son It's alla bout who you think is the best drunk player you've encountered. They have to identify themselves as being drunk at some point in the game and you have to describe why they're the best and this could be for a variety of reasons. They're drunk but still manage to be the team carry, they entertain you through skillful trolling and witty banter, whatevs. I don't care. I'm so drunk right now and I start by nominating myself.
