Literally can't carry this season

I usually have no problem carrying myself to mid Silver every season. This season it seem impossible though. I'm bronze 4 right now and keep going down. I can gank a lane 10 times before 20 minutes and they'll still find a way to die 7 times. Is it just me, or can a lot of people not carry this season? I've given up on jungling altogether. It feels like the jungle has such a small roll unless you go straight tank. Any new tips that have popped up that I might be missing?

I'm in the same boat. Everyone is really retarded this season.

Just got demoted AGAIN. Teams never want to work together.

I swear this season there is a huge surge of autism and low IQ players in Bronze.

I think it's time for Riot to give up on the ranking system that they have. ELO only works when there are ROUNDS, not 40 minute matches. And if you're only going to be ranked by a W/L, the system is failing. That's not the intended use that kind of ranking system.
