So I don't know what riot's plan is for the Tribunal but, its not doing its job if people like this:

Can play the game, my whole team reported him but I just have a sinking feeling that he wont be penalized for it. The Tribunal l has been down for what seems like years and I don't even know why. I loved the old system even when it didnt give IP it was a great way for me and others like me to give back to the community. So whatever they do they should do soon to better our community and our game. Also if you every see this guy report him and maybe just maybe he will get banned.

There are systems in place to address this kind of issue faster than ever, and with accuracy extremely close to the Tribunal's.

That said, your post violates the "name and shame" rule for the forums, which may lead to its deletion. You can prevent this by removing the summoner name from your post.
