Hello fellow summoners,

With the arival of the great lord SATAN ehm I mean Overlord Teemo came the Teemoing shop. Custom skin offers just for you. I own two accounts on which I spend over 300 euro's on content. Ever since I started playing Leauge there was this one skin I always wanted to own. It is not the best looking skin but it is being rocked by Froggen on his Anivia, Teamspirit Anivia. When I just started to play on my main account I just had a few champions. I tried to get this skin by buying 25 mistery skins. Sadly I made the mistake of picking up Annie which resulted in me getting 9 Annie skins. I am not even playing this champion but alas, 2 Anivia skins. Hextech Anivia and Noxus Hunter Anivia.

Still not the skin I was after. When I opened my custom shop it was finally there. My main account could finally get the skin I always wanted but only one problem...No RP on it. Since I can only spend a certain amount of money on this game every month and I already spend it on this account I decided to contact support. My question was quite simple, transfer the needed RP from my smurf to my main so I can buy this skin. The support was polite but not able to help me out. It is against their policy to have content transfered between accounts. I find this really odd since you are able to gift skins from a smurf to a main. The problem is this specific skin is not in the giftshop and since there is a time limit on how long it is availible I won't be able to pick it up. I am disapointed that support is not able to help me out here, why not unlock the skin on my main and deduct the RP on my smurf, as if the skin was gifted from one account to another.

Why is support not thinking in sollutions, they don't value loyal costumors but only money.

So dear Riot, please take your policy and stick it somewhere...save.

They have this policy so someone doesn't hack into someones account and transfers RP from the stolen account to their account. I know it seems unfair to you but it's there to protect you if your account ever gets hacked.

Don't take it out on Riot because they are upholding their policy to protect their players from hackers or people that would otherwise try to take advantage of others. It seems unfair, yes, but I'm sure many hackers have also tried doing that...and if they do it for one person, they'd have to do it for everyone, including hackers
