Dear Riot

I have been a league player since early 2015 and have found this game to be a fun challenging break from my everyday work life. Although lately something has been disturbing me..... As a Vik main I've yet to see a skin release. I feel Vik is such a strong mage that flys under the radar in lower elo's. I want people to feel the power of a level 9 fully upgraded hex core and a new skin might draw the attention to do that. Plus, I just really want a new skin. Plzplzplzpzlplzpzlpzlzplzplzplzplzplzplzpzlzl with a red pitless cherry on top How can we evolve with no new skins? #glorious evolution
