Ugh, Illaoi

Okay, so first off I have yet to play as her, I have only laned against her, and my gosh does riot ever need to do something about Illaoi. I don't think you should be punished with the barrage of tentacles if you manage to escape her soul stealing move and it's huge as radius. But not riot, they think that losing half your health and being slowed just isn't enough, you need to get smacked around by tentacles for a minute unless you manage to kill three of them without losing the other half of your health -_- Like really riot? How is this okay? How can anyone but a marksman lane against this, this THING!? She is in need of a serious rework, or rethought, or just a good old removal.
