SUGGESTION: Ranked Team Bulletin Board

Often times, teams are not online at the same time as each other, so sometimes people leave because there is no effort to play games as a team. To eliminate the lack of communication, I propose to thee:

A Bulletin Board for posting messages to all team members.

It would easily be implemented into the ranked team interface as just another tab in addition to the other four tabs. Every member would have access and be able post messages and to view all member's messages Instead of having to wait for every individual person to get online and ask them whatever questions. Having a place to post messages, strategize, and communicate would be beneficial to everyone on a team, and people would be a lot happier to know when they can get on instead of just living off of hopes and dreams of everyone getting on at the same time. The key effect of implementing a sort of bulletin board would be that you don't have to be online at the same time as your team to be able to communicate. Even better, some phone apps could implement the board, so you can talk even when you're not at a computer.
