Halloween Themed Maps?

I absolutely love halloween and really enjoyed the halloween themes added to the maps last year. It is now October 4th and I was wondering if Riot was going to put out a halloween patch this year. Does anyone know?

I read somewhere that Riot will not be doing ANY holiday maps this year. :/

It be cool to have a Halloween map along with Halloween themed skins especially with fiddle sticks plus a halloween skin for teemo would be so funny

I could have sworn the most recent Harrowing map was in the game even after the Summoner's Rift rework... Regardless, Harrowing Summoner's Rift was my favorite event-based thing in the game, tied with the seasonal skins, I guess.
