Dear Riot, today was a good day. It was cold and sunny, the perfect weather. As I played a couple of games with my good friends, I decided maybe I should buy one of my Snowdown skins! I check around and the one that captivates me the most is Night Hunter Rengar. I jump in excitement as I quickly find my wallet and almost begin to purchase RP. Then it happened. The skin. It was discounted to 682 RP. I had 30 RP on me at the time. The lowest amount of RP able to be bought is 650. But I assume you have this knowledge already. All I would like for Christmas is for riot to give me 2 RP points so I don't have to over buy on RP. Thank you for your time. :c

Hey Caituon,

Because this is an account-specific inquiry, Riot can't really help you out here; however, you do have a much better chance of getting a Rioter's attention by submitting a ticket to Riot Games Player Support! As you submit your request, here are some tips that will hopefully get you that extra bit of RP to use in the store:

  1. Create an account on the Riot Games Support website. It'll save you a lot of time in the future and keep your requests organized and easier to find/access.
  2. Be sure to submit as much information in your initial ticket as possible. For obvious reasons, each Player Support Specialist's request for more information will delay the resolution of the issue.
  3. Be respectful and polite in your correspondences with Riot Support. (They're doing their best to help you!)
  4. Try not create a new ticket or respond to an existing ticket before a Player Support Specialist has had the chance to review your request. New tickets/replies may bump your ticket back to the bottom of the queue, thus increasing the amount of time before a Player Support Specialist is able to review your ticket.

Specifically regarding your RP request, keep in mind the following:

  1. Player Support has no obligation to fulfill the request.
  2. I've heard that you might have a much better chance of getting that extra amount of RP if you submit a drawing of a champion or a skin that you've created!
  3. If you do get an RP grant, there's no double dipping. These grants are given at maximum once per account per lifetime.
