I think its time for Riot to expand to Africa, specifically South Africa. I want to experience a ping of 50 for once in my life. It makes it so difficult playing champions like Le Blanc and Katarina with a ping of 250-300. I think I am going to bash my keyboard in, the next time I hear some EUW player cry "lag" with a ping of 150.

There is definitely a big enough lol community in Africa to make it viable to expand. I urge you to please take some kind of action and please report back to us on your progress.

Please Riot! I don't want to give up League of Legends.

Try LAS? In NA I have 220 ping in KR so maybe your internet is bad too.

I am for this idea ... because it's only in EUW , we have the lowest ms and it's 250/300 and its not enough to get a better experience in game In NA 400 OC 600
