Basically, I currently have a budget of £120 right now and will become £210 by june what I'm asking is if someone can find a PC that can run league at 60FPS+ at medium settings. It's really hard climbing the ladder with only a refurbished computer than can't go higher than 30FPS

The most expensive part will be the video card, and that's the most important thing for gaming.
8GB of RAM should be enough for what you're trying to do.
For the rest of the computer you shouldn't have to use top-notch parts, as they aren't likely to impact your gameplay much.
For all parts you buy I recommending looking up reviews and specifically look at the bad reviews to ensure that none of them have faults / common problems.
If you want a portable gaming PC, for example because of living at university or often going places to game with friends, there are options for cases that can do this. I use a Corsair Graphite 380T for my case and have had few issues moving it from place to place. There are carry covers for monitors as well if you want that.

Unless you are 'rich as fuck' you also probably won't want to invest more money than is needed into a computer to buy a top notch processor and other parts.
It is literally cheaper to build your own computer than it is to buy a pre-built one or a laptop. My suggestion is the best non-'rich as fuck' option for anyone looking to replace their computer and still be able to play video games on it.

oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 voteswell you should get a PC to do multiple of things instead of just gaming that being said... most PCs can handle basic games like league and still function as a PC and you dont need to be rich to do this. an average laptop that can run league and function as a laptop you can get for about $300-$600 based on what bells and whistles you want with it.
i got a PC desktop 18months ago with emphasis on gaming and music. i have multiple cd rom drives with full media drives, blu ray . blue tooth . dolby 7.1 surround sound. two monitors with a printer with software for about $1200 . but i must be rich? i mean i have a good job and make good $ but far from rich

heh, I could climb quite easily to gold V with a toaster with 20 fps at most in laning phase( more like 15 fps) and between 0 and 10 in teamfights :3. My secret?almost no teamfights (i could just press R in some lol), stomped the toplane so the jungler comes to camp you. this way my team had an advantage. If the jungler didn't come, well,turrets go down very fast. You can see i don't have many ranked games, it's because it's fcking stressfull to play in these conditions, so i can feel you (but 30 fps would be awesome for me !XD) I'm very impatient to get a new computer,it'll be strange to play without freezing...
