PF Cait interactions with program skins say she should have stop them earlier and after killing a PROJECT skin she says it might affect her time line. So what I get is that PROJECT came before Program and PF, and Program and Pulse fire are enemies. Am I missing something?

Also Ez seems to have fucked the time in some way and Cait is after him.

Programs and Projects are also enemies, and have various special interactions. Also, cosmic skins are the enemies of the dark stars. Remember, most skin sets take place in AU's.
