Reporting people can actually result in bans

All through one of my games I was hating on riot for allowing people to be toxic and not be banned, because the whole enemy team was being toxic besides one person. Then I found out after the game when I reported them 3 of them got banned and found out that people actually banned unlike most people saying "why bother reporting it won't get them banned".
