Can Riot implement a Wishlist feature?

Gifting your friends for their birthday/a holiday/randomly is always nice, but if you want it to be a surprise and/or you don't really know what they want, it can be awkward if you don't get them something they really really want. It'd be nice if Riot implemented a Wishlist tab/feature on the summoner profile, where people can put skins/champs/icons/etc, on the wishlist and have a varying degree of how much they want it. Like for example, DJ Sona could be the skin I want the most, while I still want Demon Vi but not as much as DJ Sona. It'd be a nice feature to surprise our friends with getting them what they want the most, and getting an idea of what they want.
