diamond lp gains broken?

I thought it was just me but I've asked a number of people and they've reported to me the same. I'm getting 13 lp for wins, usually between 13-18 and I lose between 20-23. Why is this happening?

-My MMR is not high or below; My W/L is ~125-85 +40 wins over losses and I LoLNexus to play with the same ELO as me. -This was happening to me in D5, and I figured it was somewhat of a D5 thing and it would leave once I climbed out of it-- but here I am Diamond 4 and it's still happening. It's making it really rough for me considering I might be in promos at this point if it weren't for these poor LP gains

No third party site has your real MMR, so it can be wildly inaccurate. If you lose more than you gain, your MMR really is lower than the average.

All of you people commenting that are lower diamonds are all wrong. Diamond MMR is completely messed up. it has been an issue, and riot is aware of it. You can gain 26 lp once ur in plat, but once u get diamond v ur lp gains go from 26 to the 10s. Comparing silver mmr to a diamond v mmr is fucking stupid. Im diamond 4 and i play people with my elo , yet i gain only 15 lp per match and lose about 20. This problem happened since master tier was added. Ive been trying to climb out of diamond 5/4 and it's like impossible. You get people who are in diamond v 0 lp who troll and dont care, while having 15 lp gains and 20 lp loses. I have a friend who was plat 1 with 25 lp gains and once he hit diamond v it went from 25 to 16. So it's not about him being bad and having bad mmr, its about riot being too lazy to fix this stupid ass diamond mmr problem even thought they claimed they did, because obviously they did not.
