first placements, are what they are placement. Everything after that is a reset based off where you where before, your always going to go down. If your in bronze and you struggle then you belong bronze, i have to try to lose to bronze elo players
You were probably approximately Bronze in the past. As such, because of that, you'll place roughly where you were unless you do absolutely brilliant or terrible. I think provisionals are mostly a joke to give people hope, but none exists.
