Honestly i would assume any laptop that has been made in the last 5 years could run this game. Its not a very high demanding game so you should be fine getting a decent laptop. You wont be playing in all High Settings, but youll be able to play!

Just look for anything that has an actual graphics card from nvidia or amd. If it doesn't have an actual graphics card skip it. This game isn't very tough graphical so even a weak mobility card can do it fine.

Something like this will do okay. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=34-315-131

If you are willing to go refurbished your options broaden.

If you have to get a laptop I would recommend getting a Lenovo, or if you know the specs you want, try Cyberpower PC and customize your own.

Above all of that though I would highly recommend a desktop, you will just have a better experience on desktop 10 out of 10 times.

In short, I think what you're looking for is a laptop with what is called a "dedicated graphics card". For games you don't want one that has "integrated" cards.

You can search on Tigerdirect.com or newegg.com, but the lower end ones will bottom out around $400-500

Edit: I typically follow the crowd on newegg since they generally know their stuff, so I look for a lot of good reviews. I'd go with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834315131
