Best way to get IP

I was wondering what is the best way to get IP atm because I really wanna get Leona Lewis (#ForeverMakingBadPuns) and I want Illaoi because I love the whole Spirit tentacles concept.

You'll get the most consistent IP playing Intermediate Bots until level 20. Once you reach 20, you'll get less IP playing against bots than you would real people. At that point you should play the mode you can consistently win on.

I think another way to earn more IP is to play a nornal game lasting more than 30-40 minutes. The more time you play, the more IP you get. Don't forget about the 1st play win bonus.
