Bronze players should be able to skip placements and go straight to B5

I feel like players who ended last season in Bronze should be able to skip their placements and go straight to B5 if they so choose. My reasoning for this is that there's basically no way they'll be placed above bronze, and it's so tilting to play ten placements (for which you get no LP), only to get placed at the very bottom of the heap. Basically, if you think you're gonna end up in B5, you should be able to skip placements and just be in B5.
