Discussion about LeaverBuster and its MAJOR flaws

So, I've been put in the low priority queue after 1 left game which is Riot's fault, and they've even admitted to it. But my issue isn't with that it's with how LeaverBuster works and how random it is. I got a firewall error and it was un-avoidable, I understand why I was put in the low priority queue but I have friends that have gotten firewall errors and then been fine to play another game straight after or people who've left countless games and don't even get a warning. I'm not a repeat offender either and have had a clean record since s1. Also I've heard from people they've been banned for leaving a couple games due to their internet connection and then come back and left 10+ games and had no issues what so ever. In the past even I was able to leave games without even getting a warning even though I disconnected on my own volition. I wouldn't generally get mad at this but at the start of a season I'm locked from playing ranked properly for minimum 100 minutes. I did really well in my placements and went 8-2 only went up one division s5-s4 but it's gotten me grinding for gold and to be locked from playing right now is really aggravating.

Tldr: LeaverBuster system is completely random in its handouts of punishments and their severity.
