need help getting my smurf account good and ready for ranked

Hi i have smurf account and im just so puzzled on what things my account needs like what champions are important to get (not including 450ip-1350ip champions) because already have them and runes and such i was wondering if anyone can help me out i want my smurf to be good but i don't know what to buy and such please help get back on track i main adc, jungle,top and i play mid sometimes my account barley has champions and 3 rune pages. Please help a out :)
