Option to queue

Is there any possible way to allow an option that Queue's you with people who are either closer to you in terms of location, and/or bandwidth type depending on the speed of internet just like Call of Duty? I'm pretty sure that's not too much to ask.

I'm really getting tired of these past couple of games which Ive been queuing with people who disconnect long enough for it to hurt us.

This isn't fair and I feel like we should have that option.

People pay for a higher internet connection and a better computer for a reason.
