Inactivity demotion while Restrcted, does it work?

Hey guys!

This is the first time i make a Discussion so dont mind if it's completely stupid or in the wrong way, also i already apologie for my English it's pretty bad im just learning it, soo.. Lets start:

I'm young, so ofc my attitude is pretty cocky, especially to other plays when im playing with friends, it's pretty hard for me to be honest in this but i totally regret it after i got warned for my behavior, the next day i woke up i was so exited to climb further in my division so i started League, first thing showed up when i logged in was i got restricted for ranked, now i have to win 35 draft games, this pretty sucks but the most thing im scared about is that i just hitted Platinum V, so my question is: does ranked inactivity for demotion works while restricted?

Another question is: when i have a heavy conversation with someone ingame about uhh something like why he didnt got ganked all the time while the enemy jungler does, and after he reports me and i got restricted, does he also gets restricted after i reported him?

Like i said im so sorry for ur eyes, my english is crap.

Yes, you still decay like normal while rank restricted.

If he says the same things you do then yes it will count against him the same way it does you. It is important to remember that most punishments are for series of behavior and not usually 1 thing. So he may not have actually gotten punished, but rather just 1 step closer to a punishment.

Yes, you will get LP decay if you don't play due to a restriction. Work off that restriction, because if it's there when the season ends you won't get any rewards (and you'll decay into Gold for not playing).

As for whether someone else gets restricted, that depends on how toxic they were being and how often they do it. It's unlikely that your report just happened to trigger his punishment at the same time.
