Number crunching-the Expanded Mind mastery in the Utility Tree could use some buffing

It requires 12 points in Utility, and an extra 3 on top of that to fill it out. It offers 2%/3.5%/5% increased maximum mana.

If you remember in season 3, the expanded mind mastery required 4 points, with an extra 3 on top of that to fill it out. It offered 4/7/10 mana per level. At level 18, that means you had 72/126/180 mana. To match the 180 mana granted by the old expanded mind mastery(at level 18), you'd need 3600 mana, which is a number that only a Ryze would attain.

Please buff it, it seems rather weak at the moment, especially for a mastery so deep in the utility tree. Most champions don't even get half that number at level 18, and I'd like to see some more power given to the support. At least make it 10% after pouring 3 points into it, that way it's actually worth getting.
