So my question is if I finish sliver 3 for solo queue but my ranked 3's team end up like gold 3, will I get all of the gold rewards like the skin and the gold border on the loading screen? This is something my team and I have been wondering for awhile so if someone could give us some kind of an answer we would appreciate it.

As far as I know you only get ward skin rewards for ranked team play and other rewards (i.e. skins, borders, etc.) for solo-queue play. I may be wrong but if this is the case I think it's kind of shitty that the good rewards are given to solo/duo-queue when this is supposed to be a game that's all about teamwork in the first place. Wouldn't it make more sense (and probably keep more ranked teams together) to give the awesome rewards to teams that performed well together than some solo-queue player that just happened to get non-retarded teams to climb to that level?
