REMOVE TROLLS FROM GAME

i was thinking about what if we can put a kick system on to the game. for example a normal ranking match some player doesn't get what they want then they begin to troll and throw the game, like someone who're first pick and they called jungle and they get a jungle then floor 5 came in the latest and they being a A whole grab another jungle and instand lock in, and he will not change his mind, he don't care about other he just want what he wants these type of players i seem many from the past year and a half and these type of gameplay's winning rate is about 20-30% because of these players, better or worst the game will always end up in a all chat team argue and all chat team blame, so this is my idea for RIOT and i'm looking forward in the future that this idea will become reality.
