What happens if you own all available skins for the Riot Mystery Gifts?

I am just a bit curious because in my case I own all available skins and given that you need 10 available skins to receive a mystery gift, what happens then? I am pretty sure that I am eligible to receive a mystery gift as I didn't get banned/chat restricted this past season. Any thoughts are helpful :D

Maybe you'll get it when they release a new skin.

You won't get it. You answered it yourself "you need 10 skins that you don't own"
