thoughts on the mastery tree and how it could help junglers better

Offensive tree triple/double the passive against neutral mobs Instead of 2 extra damage make it.. 4 or 6. In defensive tree double the bleed or 1.5x the bleed.

Also for "blocked attacks" make it work against neutral mobs and double the amount blocked against neutral mobs (neutral mobs ARE NOT MINIONS SO WE ARE CLEAR)

I'm not entirely sold on it, but it seems like a good idea especially with the Season 5 jungle being so strong. It would severely help with the lack of jungle mains in existence and therefore, the amount queueing up.

(Yes, I'm aware it just got a damage nerf, that doesn't change the fact that it's innumerably stronger than season 4 especially when trying to learn a jungler like LeeSin )
