As we know other MOBA games currently hold this feature and I'm not necessarily saying Riot should hop on the bandwagon. However I was discussing with my roommate (who also plays League) about announcer voice packs for specific champions. I mean, just think about it. Playing Shaco and he maniacally announces double kills, triple kills, or spectator dragon kills and baron kills. I think it would be a pretty neat feature; although what do other people in the community think?
I would want a Draven Voice pack, but when ever he is supposed to say anything related to a champion, or maybe even just your own kills, he says something about himself. "Draven slayed an enemy"
"Welcome to Dravens Rift!" "Mini Dravens have spawned"

i wouldn't mind getting packs on champions that i've unlocked. mmm, Ahri announcing a pentakill would sound pretty nice i think.
Me and my friends have the same discussions all the time :D the biggest one for all of us thus far is hearing... Veigar! He would be an AMAZING voice pack! His voice is just the right amount of hilarious and dark that it just works for a silly announcer.
I really like the idea of announcer voice packs in general, but am not so keen on them being champions from within the game already. I already hear the characters voices more than enough when playing them, having them simply announcing the game just wouldn't hold any appeal to actually spend any money on. They would need to be from other games, celebrities, popular voice actors, or something like that in order for me to spend money on them.
My guess is that this is something they want to do but something fairly far off. Y'know, because they're busy with other stuff like balance and perfecting the client and stuff.
Still, with ward skins out I'd say announcers HAVE to be something on the list. I'd bet money on it.
I think that it would be cool to have voice packs from shoutcasters like Riv, Phreak, or Jatt. I do have to say though that would limit choices by quite a bit.

I think that would be pretty cool, but to be honest i'm so used to the voice now i would probably miss it D:. So i probably wouldnt buy any of the voice packs lol
Hecarim, draven, Shaco, Veigar, Kha'zix would all be fun VO packs for announcer. Jinx sounds like she could be a cool one too.
