One game dodge amnesty?

We've all had those games... You get into champ select. 3 people call mid, 2 insta-lock... and wouldn't you know it, someone's playing Teemo! Riot has even acknowledged that sometimes you have to dodge a toxic environment in ranked (with the reduced initial point loss). How about letting people get out of a bad situation once a day without a stupid 5 minute penalty. Sincerely,
