is the new jungel and champion changes ruin jungel fun

I like being a jungler but with the constant changes and with the new adc bullshit I have found my self being miserable in the jungle . I love playing going to use him as an example was always coming out positive scores and made some good plays . but holy shit he suck now he so fucking slow and with every other champion being faster or having some bullshit that get them over a wall or far away he is fucking useless for a ganks ( he is have a hoarse and is slow your logic is flawed ) , nerfed his passive ? , his damage is just unfair in the new jungle he can stay alive but cant gank if he ganks he gets melted . I haven't seen a in a long item . What I have seen is a shit ton of . I am just asking is the new jungle and champion updates limiting the champions you want to play cause they can do shit unless they are high damage and can close the distance in 1 second , are can sustain them self forever and keep you slow or up close . Just wondering if anybody else had there fav jungle champion ruined form them like I had mine
