I've recently been looking at the Annie in wonderland skin, and I love the concept and the idea of the skin, but there's no particle changes or even a different back animation, I feel as if skins such as this one should be revisited and have unique, beautiful particles and animations as they deserve
It hasn't really been Riot's thing to give old skins (that had classic particles) all new particles. Usually this only happens with reworks. I actually agree that some old skins deserve and have high potential of really cool-looking particles. Unfortunately the chances are low. Still, I think that some legendary skins, despite having classic particles, have a nice charm to them that still make them worth the money (for some people at least).
