@Riot Omega Squad Teemo doesn't come with the matching icon?

So I've tried finding another thread where this was answered and found nothing; but what the heck Riot? PF Ez, SG Udyr, DJ Sona all got matching icons with their legendary skins. But now you guys want to charge more for the matching icon for Teemo? I mean, if the icon had nothing to do with it, sure. But this just seems a tad greedy since they match. It would be weird to have one without the other I guess. Is there a legit reason why?

(Sorry if this was answered already, but I haven't posted on the new boards and might have failed to search properly for answers.)

DJS, PFE, and SGU are all ultimate skins, the highest tier a skin can be. OS Teemo is a legendary (like Infernal Nasus, Dunkmaster Darius, Primetime Draven, etc.), which has a lot of new things, but still isn't the same class as an ultimate

Therefore we don't get the matching icon when we buy a legendary skin. Gotta pay for the icon which I didn't.

ahh my bad. I thought legendary was the highest. :D Thanks! (Though does this leave open an ultimate SUPER skin for Teemo in the future? gasp)
