@Riot Omega Squad Teemo doesn't come with the matching icon?

So I've tried finding another thread where this was answered and found nothing; but what the heck Riot? PF Ez, SG Udyr, DJ Sona all got matching icons with their legendary skins. But now you guys want to charge more for the matching icon for Teemo? I mean, if the icon had nothing to do with it, sure. But this just seems a tad greedy since they match. It would be weird to have one without the other I guess. Is there a legit reason why?
