Smurfing in lower elos should be a report option

i get that you want to make a extra account and play on it from time to time but when you make a smurf and take it into ranked it ruins the experience for players that are trying to improve and climb. i am currently bronze 1 after learning, improving, listening to gold and plat friends and trying to climb for the last season and a half. yes im bad at the game but i am trying my hardest to improve. and when someone comes into a game that has a platinum lvl account just to troll and smash lower level players how is that a healthy game?
