Negative Players In The Game

So I just got done playing with a very toxic player in a game. He called us awful and me a %%%, and said we were stupid etc. After the game though, he proceeded on to threaten to take down my internet, and collect my social security, my credit cards, and everything like that. He also said he was going to flood all of my families computers with pornhub. What I am wondering is, is there a phone number I can get so, I can talk to a riot employee so I can discuss with them, that A. I am scared that my information is being compromised, and B. I want this person's account banned, so nobody else has to deal with what, my team and the other team had to deal with. Thank you for all of your time, and thank you for reading. I would really appreciate a response ASAP. Thank you again.

You could submit screenshots of the conversation through a support ticket to Riot explaining the situation and your concerns. However, you shouldn't be frightened, if they are going to rage face at you in the chat or after the game, they are just some lonely punk with anger issues that isn't worth your time. Anyone can talk shit over the internet, just report them and insert a comment for Tribunal. Myself and other summoners will review the case and I'd wager good money their behavior will warrant them a ban.

Yeah, you'll see alot of guys say something along those lines on the internet. But 99.9% of the time they're talking out their ass, and the other .1% of the time they can't actually reach you off an account name.

While I do sympathize with your problem and even with the Tribunal nothing is really getting done to fix up this community, sure the honor system helped a little but its practically impossible to remove this due to the fact this is a "Free to Play" game so you can have plenty of accounts to use even after either one or two accounts or banned, and I bet its even hard for Riot to even watch over every account that active or inactive. We can only hope that people can actually just become mature to the fact that its a game and not rage over a pointless reason such as "KSing, Losing lanes, Feeding, etc."

I too had a similar problem.. He claimed to be a Diamond 1 smurf, and proceeded to bash my team and his team, then added me after the game and continued to bash me until I eventually just blocked him.

I'm not 100% certain what Riot does with these people, as I did submit a report for verbal harassment after the game. I guess that's all we really can do.

Reporting players to the tribunal solves the issues in vast majority. Having reviewed cases myself, the amount of information we get when a report is sent in is quite a lot, and it helps decide the outcome. Out of the cases I've voted on, all of them had a favourable outcome.

Then screencap post-chat and open a ticket with Riot.

Unfortunately I have been seeing this more and more. I finally made it to level 30 and am now playing more normal games (not ranked yet). I would have thought people would grow up a little at the higher ranks. Boy was I wrong. I am not the greatest player and I do make mistakes, but you know what, when someone is yelling at you or your team and you are thinking about insults etc, you can lose your concentration easily and things can easily snowball and get worse.

I for one wish I could find a team serious on learning and if someone makes a mistake, so be it, and everyone learns from it.

But to your point, I don't see how someone like that has not been reported before and why has not been banned.
