If it wasn't your own smurf it would get you and your other account banned just on the principle of the fact that you playing against lower skill players ruins the game for at a bare minimum 5 other people. Sadly, Riot hasn't taken a stand against smurfs so it is a gray area so enjoy your easy games and enjoy being a jerk.
