If you can, get some hand lotion or windex and apply generously to the finger. make sure to keep it on the finger and not on the outside of the washer. Afterwards try to twist it to get as much of the lubricant under the washer as possible. After a few seconds you can pull it off with some twisting. If that doesnt work. Put your hand in cold water. Not ice cold. Relativity colder. Like a bottle water that you got from the fridge. Wait 3-5 minutes. and pull it off. your skin will have pruned a bit do to the water making it easier to pull the washer off. Good luck! :)

this is a long term tip just incase u arent able to get it off within the next 5 hours haha. Lower ur sodium/salt intake, it causes excess swelling. Warm water will help abit if the cold water doesnt (tho it's better if it's quite warm so be careful cuz this technique is to affect the metal moreso than ur body) It'll help make it easier to slide off by making it ait more maleable. But yh: Oil, or some sort of lubricant is best. haha good luck. If your finger starts turning purple that's when u need to call a doctor. Oh also try this u just need a cord https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DrDROoJAF4I

or if possible, try and cut the washer with a pair of pliers unless it's already embedded into the flesh that you can no longer get a grip on it.

  • Step 1: Pour hot water (as hot as you can handle) on the washer for a few minutes.

  • Step 2: Try twisting it off.

  • Step 3: While the washer is still warm, put WD-40, cooking oil, or some other lubricant on the finger around the washer, if possible get it underneath

  • Step 4: Try twisting it off again.

  • Step 5: Cut it with wire cutters.
