Solution for people who quit in ranked.

The leave buster is great and everything but I found a better solution and I really wanted to pass it to riot.
So day by day I would say in a 10 hour period because I play a lot 4-5 games (roughly 3 hours and a half time spent) I play I will encounter a quitter. I don't like it, it infuriates me. Well. Anyway, My solution as I digress out of my personal feelings.

You should take those players and put them in a league of their own, the league of losers. Just bunch them all together and let them have fun, maybe even, let them play with bots? I'll let you figure that out.
