Local Team finder...

In all honesty i think it would be sick if Riot could do such thing as finding locals for gaming, like this way if you want to meet new friends you could meet other league players, and make teams, i think from my opinion at least that it would be sick if it would ever happen, coz in all honesty who wouldnt want to enjoy some games with people around you and be able to chill with them?
