Pick/Ban Pop ups please

Hey, before this new UI I really loved that it would pop up when it was your turn to pick. Why can't RIOT implement this for the banning phase as well. So many games get cancelled because people forget to ban because it doesn't pop up. This would seriously save everyone a lot of time.
