I've noticed for awhile now that balance between good, neutral, and evil nature mages is greatly unbalanced in favor of evil natured mages. I like evil characters as much as the next guy, but dang, show some love to good and neutral mages lol. (The list below doesn't include primary sup or assassins)

Raoul1 votesHeimer and Ziggs dont really fit the good mage theme. Heimerdinger is an inventor, not a mage, he uses technologie and science. He does AP damage, true, but hes no mage. Same goes for Ziggs. Viktor too. no magic at all in these three.
In their lore, there is no magic involved, they use technologie.
Edit: Forgot Orianna, also not a mage, everything she does, she does with technologie.
I know, they all count as "mage" in case of gamplay class, but lorewise, they do not use any magic.

The original Viktor before he changed himself I'd agree with you but the robot nature took over and wants to forcefully change people to the robot hybrids so that's why I included him in evil. For Morgana I can see the argument for her not being evil, but I doubt that was the original idea for her by riot so I included her there too.

He wants to improve all humans and remove their negative emotions, such as greed and jealousy. Azir is good natured as well. He seeks to bring back his entire kingdom and save everybody who was killed by Xerath. Zyra is pretty evil if you ask me. She and her entire species killed anything that came into their sight, eventually leading themselves to near extinction due to the lack of prey in the area. Also, I'm pretty sure Vladimir is neutral, as once he realized he had killed two people just to see blood, he ran away to some other place so he wouldn't kill anyone else.

With Karthus, and Viktor if you look at it from their point of view then sure they're good except to everyone that wants to live their life. You can make pretty much any evil person in history look good by just doing that. As an example: Hitler wanted to preserve Germany's culture and grow its borders to let his people prosper at the expense of any non German person who got in the way. For Azir we don't know how he feels toward anyone outside of the Shurima Lore thing, he could side with Noxus because of the lineage he shares with Sivir. Not saying that all of Noxus is evil just the vast majority. Zyra was a plant when that happened, essentially a much larger version of a venus fly trap or sundew plant which gets its nutrients from living things. Can't really blame her for that because that's her natural instinct to kill and eat. Since she fused with the sorcerer she just became a human/plant hybrid version of that, with the capability to make alliances and enemies which we have yet to see. Vladimir you only looked at one pert of the lore, he also practiced his blood magic on travelers, his teacher knew that he was evil thats why he taught him the blood magic.

Syndra is more chaotic but not evil. Vickor is more lawful neutral
evil usually means ""I do not agree"". While you may not agree, the winners get to write history and spin their POV.
