Bringing Region Limitted Icons to Worldwide

Hey, first off, I am very glad that you guys are bringing region limited icons to worldwide. Although, I was feeling a little special for having the nautilus icon on JP server after i transferred over from OCE. Is it possible to have something special, maybe like a border around the icon? BTW, the account with the icon is not this account, I couldn't find this event on the japanese league of legends page, so I decided to post it here. Thank you very much for the consideration.
