Ranked Decay for active duty military members!

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening fellow summoners!

This post is to bring to the surface an idea that came to me about a month ago while I was on deployment in the military! I have struggled with this issue for a few years now, grinding in ranked early season-having to go on deployment-losing my rank to decay-and having to grind again. I think there should be a feature implemented for active military members, that with submission of active duty identification card(front only), ranked decay will be suspended for long terms without play. I do understand that yes we lose skill while not playing as often, but let us all be honest, its kind of like riding a bike, and I find myself playing in a much lower division than I should be.
