So after watching the Bard video a tiny bit. I noticed a young helmet bro. Unaware of what his future holds dying to Velkoz, stabbed by Talon (Talons Default splash art) etc. Is Rito trying to tell us something?

Helmet Bro is the materialization of Summoners on the Rift; Summoners who are stuck in Elo Hell.
Helmet Bro is a representation of League's lore. In ancient times, back before the unholy retcon, he was a simple, charming being. He was the subject of a few Summoner spell icons and some abilities. Nowadays, he's in some cinematics, and he's made out to be flashier/more exciting... But, in reality, he's just being killed over and over again.
