Graphics update

So I like the new rift I like the balance and the game is intensely fun ... But shouldn't there be a point when graphics are too low? cards are supported too far back? I mean a GPU to technically to run LOL is 25$ these days. I get that the current player base want to be kept. But LCS run on alienwares...why?? It's so unneeded if your gonna keep these Y2K computers in the system reqs. At least make the game require graphics model 4.0 or something. I'm not saying a new GTX 980 or SLI 780s like I use for crysis 3etc... Let's just say like within 5 years. an ATI 5770..... 100$ If you went to best buy right now and purchased the cheapest pc on the shelf it could run 6 instances of the game (windows wouldn't let you do that) but that's besides the point. If the game looked like the splash art or the a CGI fight videos, playing would be that much more intense. Maybe even just the ULTs if they were graphically spectacular... Most ULTs are rather devisating gameplay wise but look like it was fired from a carebear....
