Riot should make changes to ban system as well

Ban occurs when certain number of users on each team vote on 1 player for different number of reasons. When the number of votes to be banned are reached, that player who was reported will either get banned or warned for offense to not do it next time. Funny thing is that players can always abuse this system by reporting a user who hasn't done anything but out of despise or joke. For example, I was playing a ranked game and my team was just fooling around because we took out all their inhibitors and nexus turrets. They were not ending the game because my team wanted to mistreat the opponents (because they lack in skill level then us) and get more kills off of them to increase their stats. Since I wanted to play more games and not get stuck in one for hours, I decided to just attack the open Nexus and end the game. But my team decided to report me for ending the game and attacking a free, open Nexus (WTF to that). So I received a 1 day ban....They should get for doing that. So please Riot, improve the ban system so users do not abuse it.
