With patch 6.5 introducing a reduced experience amount required to reach level 30, will accounts that are already leveled up to about 20 receive adjustments in level based on the exp points they have earned or will they have to continue grinding exp?

Riot will probably adjust everything. Kinda lame because I just finished leveling up my smurf :/
You get absolutely nothing from experience previously gained. They take your current level and reassign the exp numbers on your current % progress to next level.
Some sort of compensation at all would be nice... [zombie-nunu-tears]
