Smurfs have killed my first look on the game

It seems to me that either Riot is banning too many players, and because of that there are a lot of smurfs, or that people simply want to stomp new players. After playing 3 games, I had absolutely no fun at all, not even a smidgen of fun, it was torture really. My first game, for the whole game, was a bunch of people calling eachother noobs (Shouldnt we all be noobs?) And the same goes for my next 2 games. Additionally, the enemies have all obviously played before, and were pulling off very logical maneuvers that new players wouldn't be able to understand.
