"Tilt" or am I trying to hard

I feel lately that my gameplay has either reduced by a lot or that my teams gameplay has reduced (jk). I went up to Silver 2 about two or three weeks ago and since I got up, I have dropped two ranks. Now I did have a nice winning streak but this was solo que. Now I seem to lose more than 75% of my solo que games and I can only get LP from duoing with a friend to help me out. I dont think my gameplay has changed but my picks have. I dont know If its im picking different sorts of champions to try and "carry" or if its me still being on "Tilt" If anyone has any suggestions please share them thank you :)

IF your picks have changed then you may not be comfortable or as skilled with the new champs. Switching champs cause you think the meta has shifted is not a great idea. IF you are doing well then keep with the old picks.

Also this Solo Q mentality where you have to carry your team might be the biggest issue. The phrase "carry my team" is a gamer fallacy shoved on to people by high level players. Working with people wins games not "carrying". No one 1v5s
